Thank you for great info:)

I read this post back when you first wrote it, but I re-read it today. I enjoyed it because the idea that meaningful change takes time is an idea that I need to hear over and over. I like to use the illustration of getting out of debt. Sure, one could get out of debt by getting a large tax refund or monetary gift from relatives, but in the end, paying off that debt by changing one's behavior, sacrificing along the way is more meaningful and more likely to stick. Changing the behavior would take hard work and time, but, wow, is it worth it in the end!
